Willen Hospice is inviting the public to their gardens for the return of Twilight Walk for Willen this September. Taking place from 6.30pm on Sunday 17th September, the event offers the chance for attendees to spend time in the serenity of the candle-lit Willen Hospice gardens before taking a peaceful, evening walk around Willen Lake North. Milton Keynes College has received some very positive feedback following its recent ‘Good’ inspection by Ofsted, with particular praise for the opportunities offered to adult learners. Three junior football teams in Newport Pagnell will be starting the season in brand new kits thanks to a donation from Bellway. Newport Pagnell Town FC’s three under 7 teams are in training for the new season and will officially kick off with their first matches in September. Two men from Milton Keynes have raised £8,012.82 for Milton Keynes Hospital Charity’s neonatal unit fund.  Richard Hird and Chris Kealy, who both work at MK-based company Felder, wanted to set themselves a unique fundraising challenge to raise funds for the hospital’s neonatal unit.
