Book your spot at intu Milton Keynes’ Artisan Market

Posted 9th June 2019

Everyone’s favourite Artisan Market is returning to intu Milton Keynes on 29 June – and there’s still time to be a part of it!

Already more than 20 independent businesses have confirmed their spot and will be showcasing their handmade goods at the event outside Gap and Hollister. There are also opportunities for sellers to run workshops with shoppers, giving them a taste of the skills used to create beautiful, handmade products.

It will be the first of the markets this year – which runs in collaboration with Etsy MK – has taken place since its launch in 2017. Every Artisan Market gets bigger, better and more popular than the last – and the Christmas 2018 event had more than 80 stalls!

With a high-footfall location, this is the perfect opportunity for local businesses to get in front of people. Sellers already confirmed for 29 June include Flat 102, White Rabbit Apparel, Himalayan 4U, Clean and Sweet and Laura Ruffett Bespoke.

Kirsty McGiff, marketing manager at intu Milton Keynes, said: “We are so pleased to be hosting another Artisan Market. Our shoppers love these events, and we are always keen to go the extra mile to support local businesses, start-ups and entrepreneurs. This a great way to ensure your small business gets seen by the local community and, with our high footfall, it’s a great way to give your sales a boost.”

To register your interest in taking part, just email etsymiltonkeynes@outlook.com You do not have to be an Etsy seller to take part in the June Artisan Market, but you must sell locally designed, handmade, upcycled or vintage items. Unfortunately intu Milton Keynes cannot accept independent traders who sell mass-produced items, products bought from trade shows or imported goods to resell.

A full list of traders will be revealed closer to the time of the event. For more information, visit www.intu.co.uk/miltonkeynes/whatson
