Competition T&C’s

The following terms and conditions apply to all competitions being run by Pulse Group Media Limited.

Introduction

By participating in the competition, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Pulse Group Media is promoting the competition on behalf of it’s Prize Promoter.

Prize Promoter

Details of the Prize Promoter will be displayed clearly on the competition website(s) –

Prize Promoters’ contact details will be visible at all times, and competitions may also be subject to their terms and conditions and privacy policy.

Any information provided by Pulse Group Media to the Prize Promoter will be subject to their Privacy Policy, details of which can be found on their website.

Pulse Group Media may refer to the Prize Promoter as a Business Partner within their privacy policy but is not responsible for any terms and conditions or privacy policies provided to you by the Prize Promoter.

Eligibility to Enter

Pulse Group Media employees and associates are excluded from the draw.

By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you by the Prize Promoter.

Entry and closing dates will be clearly visible on the competition website(s).

There is a limit of one entry per person, and the competition is completely free to enter.

Entrants must be living in the UK. Any entrant from outside of the UK, will not be included and we will check your location if your name is chosen at random.

Entrants must be 18 years or older to enter. We will check your age. DO NOT PLAY IF YOU ARE UNDER 18.

If you win, you must communicate with Pulse Media Group or the Prize Promoter via email or phone and allow delivery of your prize. If you do not wish to disclose your contact information and/or a delivery address if required, you will forfeit your win, and we will choose a new winner from those entrants we have already collected.

You will be required to answer a question correctly via the competition website(s), as well as provide your contact details, and you must choose a subscription to one of our publications. (You may opt-out of your subscription any time).

Failure to respond within 3-days will result in another winner being chosen from those entrants we have already collected.

The Prize

The winning prize will be as specified on the competition website(s) – MKPulse and NNPulse.

The use of specific brands as prizes by Pulse Group Media or the Prize Promoter does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.

The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.

We WILL NOT offer a cash substitute.

Failure to respond within 3-days will result in another winner being chosen from those entrants we have already collected.

Pulse Group Media or the Prize Promoter reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.

Pulse Group Media or the Prize Promoter’s decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner Announcement

The winner will be chosen randomly and notified via the email address and/or phone number provided by the entrant upon submission.

Pulse Group Media or the Prize Promoter will make two attempts to contact the winner via email and/or phone.

Suppose the winner does not respond to the emails and/or phone calls informing them of their win within 3-days of the second email and/or phone call. In that case, they forfeit their right to the prize, and Pulse Group Media or the Prize Promoter reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.

Pulse Group Media or the Prize Promoter may request permission to share the winning announcement on social media, other digital platforms, or in a printed medium. Permission will be requested during communication.

Delivery of the Prize

The winner will allow 14 days for the prize to be delivered; otherwise, alternative collection or delivery arrangements can be made through mutual agreement.

Data Protection and Publicity

You agree that Pulse Group Media or the Prize Promoter will use any personal information you provide when entering the competition to administer it and for other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.

All entrants may request information on the winning participant by emailing Pulse Group Media.

If requested by Pulse Group Media or the Prize Promoter, the winner agrees to release their first name to other competition participants.

Limitation of Liability

Pulse Group Media or the Prize Promoter accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by entrants due to participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.

General

Pulse Group Media or the Prize Promoter reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions.

Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, or any other Social Network.

You are providing your information to Pulse Group Media, and it will be shared with the Prize Promoter. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policies for Pulse Group Media found at –

Any information provided to the Prize Promoter will be subject to their Privacy Policy, details of which can be found on their website.

The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
