Taking place over the August Bank Holiday weekend (23-25 August) at the world famous Silverstone Circuit, Silverstone Festival offers an unparalleled end-of-summer festival experience for families and motorsport fans alike.
This year’s Festival is an end-of-summer event not to be missed. Showcasing the best historic motor racing and huge displays of much-loved cars from classic gems to modern Formula 1 powerhouses, Silverstone will be alive with the roar of engines from the last 100 years.
Away from the track, there is family entertainment for all ages with free funfair rides, high energy stunt shows, a Foodie Fest celebrating the best of local produce, chef demos and Tasting Tent masterclasses, plus there’s live music on all three evenings creating a jam-packed Festival schedule. Sophie Ellis-Bextor tops the bill on the eBay Stage on Friday, followed by Brit Award-winning Busted on Saturday and celebrated singer, songwriter and television personality, Olly Murs on Sunday. And the night balloon glow creates a special backdrop to the live music too – it’s a unique sight.
