WEBBER INDEPENDENT’S LEAGUE TABLE DOUBLE DELIGHT

Posted 26th January 2018

Webber Independent outperforms schools in Milton Keynes with best performing GCSE results and A-level progress score. The league table statistics show that 92% of students achieved grade 4 or better in both English and Maths, and 77% of students achieved grade 5 or better in both English and Maths.

Speaking about Webber’s league table performance, Headmistress, Hilary Marsden said:

“We are so pleased with the School’s overall performance and I’d like to thank the entire Webber team, from our dedicated teachers to our engaged parents, and most importantly our committed young people who have performed brilliantly. We are particularly proud of our progress score, which is considered ‘Well Above Average’ with only 4% of schools in England falling within this category. Our score of 0.63 measures the progress made from students’ GCSE grades to the end of their A-level studies.”

Mrs Marsden continued: “These results show that our personalised learning approach and focus on Study Skills, one-to-one coaching and well-being continue to help our students achieve top results.”
