Bra fitting after breast surgery

After breast surgery, your bra needs might be a bit different. You might be using a breast form after a mastectomy, or your breasts might feel a bit uneven after partial surgery. If you opted for reconstruction, you might have some sensitive scar tissue that doesn’t like underwires. No worries though! What you need is a friendly, professional post-surgical bra fitting – and fortunately that’s what we love doing here at Eloise. Start by calling 01908 340 094 to make an appointment at our fitting suite near Furzton Lake. We have free customer parking outside and as the fitting suite is by appointment only, you don’t have to worry about other customers coming in during your visit. The fitting should take about an hour to an hour and a half depending on whether you are looking for bras, breast forms and swimwear or just bras. Your friendly bra fitter will..

‘just four simple clicks away from a purchase’...

I'm planning ahead. This year, for me, is a write-off from the perspective of booking a foreign holiday but next year (I hope) will be different as travel restrictions ease further and once more we can have our pick of our holiday destinations. With that in mind, I am already looking for new clothes for my staycation and to refresh my wardrobe in readiness for my new hybrid working week both in the office and at home.  I am on the hunt for something different to the usual menswear offer of the leading brands. Clothing that feels and looks different to that available in the mainstream stores but that will also give me a sustainable lifestyle. “Try Savvy Clothing,” a friend advises. “I visit the website regularly – it’s one of the easiest I’ve used.” He is not wrong. Key in and you are straight into a lovely, clear,..

Why choose destination shopping...

Online shopping for everday items like groceries or electrical goods may be quick and convenient, but how easy is it when you’re looking for new clothes? Dean Anderson from  Saint Crispin Bespoke Menswear discusses why buying clothes online can sometimes be a frustrating, costly and time-consuming experience.  The advent of Covid-19 means the switch to online shopping has been immense.  High street and shopping giants like Debenhams and Arcadia Group are literally being eaten alive by the giants of the internet world like ASOS and boohoo.  The convenience of online shopping has consequences including fewer ‘physical’ shops to visit. If you are purchasing certain objects of a regular size and shape, it’s a no brainer. A few YouTube reviews may suffice before buying electrical goods and gadgets with another big tick for food and household items.  How many of these items do you actually think about returning? Few I’m guessing...

New year, new you...

Stylist Jane Sumner of Image Matters shares her tips about getting your wardrobe in shape Many of us will be making new year resolutions to ensure we are ready for the arrival of spring and the longed-for summer. It could be we want to get back in to shape after making the most of the festive season and adding pounds during the lockdown. An incentive could be a wardrobe ready for the big reveal which meets the demands of both work and leisure. My first tip is to work out what clothes you will need in your wardrobe. This means you can plan in a focused way about what you will keep, throw away and most importantly what you are thinking of buying. In my experience most people buy clothes on impulse just because they ‘like’ them rather than working out how are they going to add value to the..
