Radfield Home Care business prepares to launch in Milton Keynes

Radfield Home Care Milton Keynes team has been extremely busy over the last few months preparing for the launch of its home care business, opening in Milton Keynes in August.

Owner and director, Jane Franks, has been busy introducing herself, the business and its unique services to the local community, businesses, groups and associations, creating lots of awareness in the region around its person-centred care services for older people that it will be offering in the Milton Keynes communities.

Radfield Home Care has established offices across the UK and is a specialist home care provider for older people, caring for clients who wish to remain living independently in their own homes.

Radfield is a privately owned company, led by Dr Hannah MacKechnie & her brother Alex Green, providing care for over 35 years, and during this time has built an excellent reputation for the high quality and responsive nature of its service.  Radfield has a unique ethos and exceptional values; they are a family, and believe passionately that by treating their carer’s as a trusted family, they empower their staff to treat their clients with the same warmth and respect.  Radfield are proud to care and believe in looking after people and empowering them to live their unique lives to the fullest.

Jane comments, “I have met some wonderful people across the communities that make up Milton Keynes, albeit more recently, socially distanced.  In particular, the calibre of candidates looking to join us as care professionals has been outstanding and the response to carer recruitment has been overwhelming.   We have some amazing people joining the team and we look forward to supporting older people across our local communities to live safely and comfortably in their own homes.”

The office is excited to be launching its new business and looking forward to having a launch event, once the pandemic has passed.  The official opening will welcome the local community to come along, as well as individuals interested in the care professional role and the employment opportunities this provides.
