Willen Hospice unveils new charity shop featuring designer and unique pre-loved items

Posted 6th December 2023

Willen Hospice is thrilled to announce the opening of its newest charity shop, Willen Hospice Select, located at The Point in Central Milton Keynes. The shop brings a touch of pre-loved luxury and uniqueness to the community, showcasing a stunning collection of designer, unique, and antique preloved items, providing an opportunity for shoppers to discover one-of-a-kind treasures while supporting hospice care.

Willen Hospice Select is also an enticing ‘shop front’ for our online shops, where customers can collect items purchased online as well as browse and buy items within the shop and from our vast online selection. Customers can shop online in-store, or in the comfort of their own home via Willen Hospice Shop | eBay Stores, DepopOnlineShop, and VestiaireCollectiveOnlineShop

By choosing to shop at Select, customers not only acquire distinctive items but also contribute to a meaningful cause. All proceeds from the shop directly support Willen Hospice and the compassionate care provided to local people.

Dulcie Stewart, Commercial Manager for Online Retail at Willen Hospice comments: “This store gives shoppers the chance to browse and buy from our extensive range of premium items which are also sold online.”

Select is open Monday to Saturday, 9.30am to 3.30pm and located at 602 Midsummer Place, Central Milton Keynes, MK9 3NB

Shoppers are encouraged to Support Willen Hospice this Christmas to help fund the £11.23 every minute it costs to provide the care and services provided by Willen Hospice.

About Willen Hospice

Willen Hospice provides complex and individual care to all adults affected by life-limiting illness in Milton Keynes and surrounding areas. Our care is assuring, equally accessible and advanced. It is free to the patient and provided by a highly skilled team of professionals in our In-patient Unit or in people’s homes through our community care team. We receive only 15% of our funding from the NHS and need the support of the local community to provide us with financial stability to ensure that we are always there to care.
